It's called HTML. You can search for "HTML" on google.com and you'll eventually find a tutorial. For colored text a simple code would be:

%26lt;color=blue%26gt;Blah blah blah...%26lt;/color%26gt;

If blue wasn't the color you'd want you just replace it with the color you do want. After a while you get the whole HTML thing. It's a pretty simple consept.

and it'll let you upload pictures and you just use the "tag"

stick it somewhere and BAM there you go =]

their are fill-in blanks to put pictures and stuff in, use www.photobucket.com upload like a background to it and copy the line that says URL into the profile tweaks blank.

finish the rest of the tweak thing and generate it (or preview to see if you like it) then copy the info they give you into your about me section on myspace, if that wasn't clear, email me.
